This is too true.

In just over 5 years my Xbox has been back to either Gamestation or the repair centre in Hamburg at least 7 times.

I've had my Xbox years without a single problem.

My mate had a few problems, we had a look at it. It was filthy, kept next to a radiator, and always had several game cases resting on top of it.
