FFP and how much of a gamble we are taking!

Doing the maths, it looks like we are showing a good net spend, even after you include the outlay for (fingers crossed) Kean and Gbamin. However, we all know we need at least a CB and RB. If we spend another let's say £60m/£70m on those 2 players, we are looking close to a £100m net spend which is big money. I assume we are going to get a couple of loans in to beef up the numbers, but, we need to make Europe to be able to 1. hold on to the players we have, or 2.make the money and avoid having to sell 1 or 2 straight away next summer to balance the books! Are we confident?
...Isn't FFP for clubs that MAKE Europe? What are they going to do, ban us from Europe the year we don't make it?

What a load of bollox. I'm pretty sure that our transfer activity thus far actually has a negative net spend. But even if/when it becomes a positive net spend, as if we need to panic ourselves with some non-existent FFP punishment.

I'm pretty sure we've barely spent anything this summer. Indeed, after getting rid of the crap, we may even have a lower wage bill too.

I think we will end up with loans for CB and right back. Mccarthy might go to and a couple of others might go to. I think the net spend will be under 50m

Sorted, no problem etc.
If an Accountant who made himself a Billionaire can't dance all round FFP like Ginger Rogers (she was actually better than Fred as she had to do all his moves going backwards and in high heels - no mean feat) then no one can.
