Fetfatzidis to Everton

We had a car last year with a hard drive in the dash, my wife wanted to learn Swahilli (???) through Rosetta Stone so she downloaded it to the HD in the car. when we traded it in the VW dealers couldnt get the hard drive to wipe clean so some poor bugger bought a used minivan with 4 hours of Swahilli on the Audio!
 
BTW checked out the vid and he is:

A) way too skillful for our budget
B) left footed... Pienaar??
C)Too long a name for the back of a shirt - even if he changed it to FitFatKid

Clearly never coming here - dream on...

Most Greek fans no **** all about football. The greek media knows even less.

Fetfatzidis is the best player in Greece by miles. One of the best players in Europe actually. Hugely and massively destroyed by Ernesto Valverde (former Olympiakos coach who rarely played him) and Fernando Santos (he bailed out the NT single handedly and was dropped from the tournament he made sure we got into..).

Genius player, explosive. God given talent. If he was Spanish his release clause would be 20 million instead of the 10 mil Olympiakos put on his head. He can score, assist, tackle... very messi-esque. Non of this is exageration if you have seen him play. Beautiful, clever and eloquent footballer who should be far far more famous than he is. A combination of retarded Greeks and stupid and foolish coaches have resulted in him only being semi famous due to the lack of playing time they give him. The rare time he was allowed to play for Greece in the quals, he promptly scored only for the Greek coach saying he needs to be less selfish!!!! He was a favorite of Zico however and he knew what he was doing when he debuted fetfa in the Champions' League as a teenager. I strongly suggest watching games he has played in. Internationals, champion's league anything.. absolutely effortless ability. Stereo typical south american style player - but among the elite even of that type.

He has be wrecked by poor coaching (simply he has been on the bench too much as Greek culture always gives starting spots to 30 year olds instead of the red hot youngsters) but is still so so so good and still young. Only player currently playing in Greece worth buying who can perform immediately and at a very very high level besides say Torosidis. Only other super players from that nation are ninis and Kyriakos papadopoulos.
Fetfatzidis is extremely good to watch and highly effective. He is built for la liga. No question.

Olympiakos wont let him go anywhere and will happily let him rot on the bench next season and i doubt Everton and fetfa are going to call eachother to make this happen.

Disgustinging situation really. This player is 1/50000 and he is being wasted in greece, tragic and systemic of greek culture and Greek progressive thought in general.

If you want to get depressed, watch games he has played in. He reminds you of why you love football. Ball goes to him... he can make things happen in less than a second. Always dangerous, can pick a throughball from miles away, beautiful passer and knows how to score. However he is wasted stuck out on the right. Put him anywhere behind a striker and you will have goals..doesn't matter if it is Premiership, Champion's League or Internationals. On the right he can become isolated.
 
Looks boss on YouTube but so did billy! Can't see him coming here surely we have more important priorities like Donovan. I would rather go for youth with potential/sell on value though.

when ninis first exploded onto the scene, the childlike greek media dubbed him the greek-messi because os his ability to go on runs and score as well as his assists snd passing. Fetfa also got called the greekmessi however he actually does play like messi if allowed by the respective coach. Ninis is now at parma and ee will have to see what he is made of.

Interesting, thanks for the insight.

And yeah, I saw that Parma got Ninis on a free. I'll be keeping an eye on him next season.
