I'm sure there was a massive genocide in Rwanda during the 90s, there was even a film about it set in a hotel. Can't remember it's name.
Michael Caine did it mate.

The one with all the [Poor language removed] gorillas? That's the one!!!
Was he a gorilla?
Racist.
Why is the race of those involved only brought up when it's a white man doing the shooting?
More to it than meets the eye.
Firstly, the black lad robbed a story earlier in the morning.
Secondly, he was with an accomplice who "witnessed" the shooting but neglected to mention anything about the robbery. The truth of his witness account is very suspect.
Thirdly, the cop involved had no history whatsoever of being trigger happy and has given a very different story about what happened.
Not saying he wasn't killed unlawfully, but reluctant to jump to a conclusion. This could easily be "reverse racism" in action.
At the root of all of this is intolerance. it's a huge problem in the US and it's showing itself in incidents across the country. It comes equally from both sides of every issue - justice, inequality, education, economics, government, religion, culture, environment and on and on.
Until we find a way to overcome intolerance including the underlying ignorance, lack of rational, logical, and critical thinking, I can only see things getting worse.
Yeah, we all know how well a black teenage v a white guy goes done in the US don't we (George Zimmerman).
Not ever gonna happen good sir. I hate to say it but we've pretty much passed the point of no return over here when it comes to intolerance.

I haven't completely given up on us yet.
To validate my optimism I will be tolerant of you calling me and assuming I am a sir.![]()
A Black man is much more likely to be shot by another black man.Because he has been doing the majority of the shooting since segregation ended, oh and during.
The only true genocide carried out was by the British, in north America and Southern Africa
Tasmania is actually the only 100% successful genocide in history, where the indigenous population was totally wiped out.
