Ferguson - My Players were'nt protected enough

Typical.

EVERY ticky tack push or shove that was committed by an Everton player was whistled.

More than half of the same type of ticky tack fouls committed by Manchester United were not called.

It got to the point of laughable. The commentators might have even made mention of it.

Can anyone tell me if Ronaldo died or lost a leg in the challenge from Neville? Just wondering as he really did look in a lot of pain and judging by how he looked he surely could not of carried on and must be out for at least 4 years by the pain he was showing. Or was he just trying to get the ref to do something!?

SAF is one of the greats in management. But he does talk [Poor language removed] quite regularly. And let's face it, every manager in the PL is also prone to talking complete and utter bullshit, and that includes Moyes.

You have to admire Ferguson - in the media he deflects the heat from his players every time they fail to win a game, it's part of his job and why he's such a winner.

I'd like to bet in private he was not so "understanding" to his players - United were really rattled in the second half, a true testament to the passion that we played with (at last!) - perhaps this will give Moyes the courage to be more attacking and aggressive in the future!

I bet Rio would have a copped a boot to the head in the dressing room.

I just thought Yakubu should have really scored when he hit the post. It wasnt a typical Yak finish.

Wrong-o there.

Moyes is a perfect manager and NEVER talks [Poor language removed] in the media.

*TX Bill known for talking [Poor language removed] on GOT

AAARRRHHHHH Poor SAF. You boys got a little kicking.....

Wake up an smell the coffee cocknose. You were the better team in the 1st half but were lucky to get a point in the end. Blaming the ref is just a defection of the players imo.

Now [Poor language removed] off an go drink some more gin. You red faced melt!

Laughable comments. Not protected enough! How does he explain that diving little fairy rolling over FOUR times from a perfectly legit tackle, then Neville getting booked for the good tackle!

The thing is, he knows he can say anything and get away with it because he is a cock and the FA ignore him.
I hope they pipe up and say he is not adhering to this new 'respect the ref' campaign. He is basically saying Wiley(the completely useless turd) never did his job properly.

The thing is, if Wiley had have sent off Rooney for inciting the crowd to the letter of the law, SAF would be the first miserable coont to moan about it.

We did what many great football teams have done. And what we done in the 80's, Frustrait the team.

Fergie used to be a master of it so what he's saying is a little....

We'll basically Im saying hes a **** :D

It's always the same, if one of the top 3 and RS managers don't get the result they're looking for, it's complain, complain, complain. Man Utd yesterday simply couldn't cope with Everton's second half approach and I loved every minute of it. I'm also quite sure, that if it was Rooney or Berbatov who was brought down like Yakubu, it would have been a straight red. Did anyone hear Moyes complaining about that one?

The only bad tackle I saw from us was Jags on Berbatov. Completely took him out just after half time.

Utd where worse, both Giggs and Vidic took Saha out twice. I think that was there tactics, break the glass man. Big Lou stood up the the test.(y)

It's on par with when we beat Arsenal 1-0 and Wenger moaned that all game, we only tried to stop their side from playing.

Ha ha, makes me laugh!!

Is'nt it amazing once top four sides drop points the managers complain about total nonsense. Sir Alex was unhappy that Alan Wiley did not protect his players in today's game at Goodison. I am sorry, are Everton expected to let his United team the time and the space to steamroller the blues? I am not sure what match Ferguson was watching today but it certainly was'nt the same one i witnessed. Wiley gave a hell of a lot of decisions to United this afternoon and despite them having the better of the first half, Ferguson is lucky not to have suffered a defeat. I suppose he failed to spot what should have been a red card for Wes Brown when he took down the Yak in which he was last man? Protecting players, sounds a little like comments uttered from the likes of Houllier and Benitez.

He wasnt last man
