I'm still trying to work out/waiting to hear why the CIA, an organisation not exactly backwards in coming forwards when it comes to extrajudicial killings & general human rights violations, decided that the best way to save the planet, like the tree-hugging hippies they apparently are, was to use TV to brainwash the post-war generation into empowering women so that decades later there would be a slight uptick in male suicide rates amongst their grandchildren.

I think in terms of radical depopulation, a plan like that is up there with "Making a sequel to Highlander".

I honestly can't decide right now if this is supposed to be a claim of nefariousness or incompetence. And because our replies go over edwardcrompton's head we won't be getting any clarification from that direction either.
