Well one way is to de populate...how do we do this? Well one way is to reduce the function of the male.
So this is some sort of planned-out process? A group of people looked at the environmental impact of humanity and decided that our numbers needed to decrease, and embarked upon some secretive plot that involved womens rights, burn the bra, all that stuff, with the long-term aim that men decades later would start offing themselves at an increased rate?
It's plausible, I'll give you that.
