Fellaini

I've seen a few Yaya Toure comparisons. I think they're very different players but you'd say for both they don't really do one thing. They're multi-talented and perhaps to get the most out of them you have to give them a role where they can really stamp their influence on the entire game, rather than one part of the pitch.

Prob mate, the adapdability is key i think an important point is that if he continues in that role, teams will work out the ploy - they havnt really registered it yet and he will have to see if he can continue to be as effective - just checked his stats in the games hes played in that role they are frightening, thats a lot to loose out of your team - when you look at say our starting front 4 they are very adapdable and can interchange position - huge options.

Lets not forget, we couldnt create or score if our lives depended on it for the first six months of last year and that was Mofro playing deeper. He has been a bit of a catalyst.

I wouldnt mate, id have him up there given the choice, he actually dropped deep in to midfield when he had to. I can see us sigining another centre midfielder before the deadline if im honest.

Im sure formation will change as the season goes on but in my starting 11 he would be up there.

We dominated midfield anyway up against no slouches, in England internationals Scholes and Cleverley. I think people underestimate how good Neville and Gibson and what they have done over the last 11 games or so in there.

We didn't dominant the midfield, we out fought them. They dominated the possession and we defended well after the goal.

Fellaini only ventured back into our half by 70 minutes tonight when we had the whole team back and hoofed it back to them.

It's happened a lot and causes us to have heart attacks because we can't keep the ball.

If we wanna improve, we need to keep the ball when we win it back.

Once Fellaini gets stopped up top, which he has done in the past, he'll drop deeper and the team will drop deeper leaving one up top and well struggle, which we've seen in the past.

To me you won't lose much up top allowing Felli to go box to box. I think it'll improve the whole team.

Problem is on he only agreed to sign a new contract if we included a release clause of 26.5M.

Why do you seem intent on seeking to find the possible negative lad? You did the same over Miralles.........

With his mate signing & his current contract being the best at the club I reckon he's sound - so fook off soft arse
