It's nice to hear that about players half of them these days have no time for the fans.

I remember being at Goodson when I was younger with the family and the ball went out of play and we were in the front row of the family enclosure, my cousin picked the ball up gave it to pembridge went to sit back down and his seat had flicked back up, flat on the floor he landed, pissing myself laughing.

You need to stop living in this world where every player fits neatly into a single box or category. You find me a player of Fellaini's calibre defensively who has been sold for £15m, you won't.

How you can say £15m is the figure for a 'world class' defensive mid is beyond me. It's simply not true.

mascherano was captain of argentina and playing for liverpool in the CL and went to barcelona.

fellaini plays for everton, is pretty average for belgium where they play him has been great this season as DM, but has no CL experience.
mascherabo was rated as one of the best DMs in the world BY MANY when he left and only went for 22m, as if fellaini is going to go for more then that.

and as if chelsea are going to buy him, thats one position they dont need a player ramires has had a great season, and essien never really returned to full fitness.

Mascherano went for "only 22m" because he forced a move, which is something that I can't see Fellaini doing. Ramires and Fellaini are completely different players.

And everybody has been average for Belgium, so that's irrelevant.

Madrid dismiss David Silva bid to try to pip Chelsea for Marouane Fellaini

Real Madrid have decided against pursuing their interest in Manchester City's David Silva, but look set to take on Chelsea for the signature of Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has made strengthening his title-winning side's midfield a priority for the summer transfer window, prompting speculation he would launch a raid for City's Spanish ace Silva.

Officials at the Etihad Stadium were worried about the reports, but their concerns were eased when Madrid president Florentino Perez contacted them to say he did not plan to bid for the former Valencia star.
Mourinho still hopes to land a Premier League midfielder this summer, but his target is Everton's Fellaini, reports Marca.
The former Chelsea boss is impressed by the Belgium international's tough-tackling approach and ability in the air, and apparently sees him as a strong candidate for a central midfield role at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Chelsea are also keen on the 24-year-old and are rumoured to be planning a £20million bid.
News of interest from the Spanish champions will allow Everton to push the price up, should Toffees manager David Moyes decide he is ready to cash-in on a player he signed from Standard Liege for £15million in 2008.

Oh, now Mourinho...this really shows how ace Fellaini is. getting worried....
*whistles and walks away like nothing has happened

He's going this summer I'm sure.

Tbh I was amazed he renewed his contract. The fact there's a release fee in there just confirms he signed a new deal to help ensure EFC got good money for him as a thank you for Bringing hin here and improvin him.

But players like him will want to move on and reach there goals.

The sad thing is tho.. I truly believe if we were showing any sort of ambition ie bringin in players to improve.. I think he'd stay!
