Fellaini

Am I the only one who thinks £26m is about right for him?

Not that I want him to go, but it feels the right price.

I agree it wouldn't be too bad. Especially considering we all believed that he wouldn't sign a new contract last year and we would sell him for no more than we bought him for.

That said, compared to the Lescott fee it doesn't seem so reasonable, considering how good we all think he is and can become.

I can't see Fellani going to Chelsea, they have a decent midfield and don't need him. I doubt he would want to sit on the bench regularly, they have Essien, Mikel who are their defensive midfielders and then they have Romeu, Ramires, Lampard and Meireles in CM. Also If Chelsea play with a man just behind the striker next season the like of Mata and Hazard will be playing there, so not much chance of Fellani getting regular football.

Obviously none of us want Felli to go as he's one our best if not our best player but if he did would you make the best out of a bad situation and take £20m + Lukaku? that's what's in some of the papers although not to reliable but still

this all day long, stick to falling over and hoofing the ball aimlessly you muppet, a whole effing summer of this now

Can hardly blame jagielka really - he only said what we all know. Do you think Chelsea said wow jagielka has given the green light for £20m. Regardless of what was said, if teams are interested in him then they know what they will have to pay.

If we can get away with losing any of our top players this summer and nothing is achieved next season there could a few leaving next summer.

Essien is not the player he was, Mikel is not fit to lace felli's boots. Romeu is potential at the moment. Fellaini would walk into their team.

Now I know there's a 26M release fee I'm resigned to the fact he's going this summer!

He would walk straight into chelsea's team inplace of either essien or mikel and one of his best buddie's has just signed for them. He clearly insisted on the release fee when signing that contract.

I'd insist on a lakaku loan as part of the deal.

Where did you hear that?!

I agree that in that I'd say most of us want him to stay, but not sure about Lukaku. I'd just take the money (£25m or thereabouts) and let Moyes get the replacement(s).
