Fellaini must be worth of £30m at least!

I'd hate for hime to leave but I hope we've learned how to deal with it. If anyone shows an interest we should state our valuation. If you don't, you get lesser bids and a pissed off player who refuses to play. First sign of trouble we should say what we're looking for. 'We've had no offers & unless we get a bid of 30m, he's going nowhere'. That either puts bidders off or we get a fair price.

I'd sell anyone for the right price. That's the nature of football. I wouldn't sell him on the cheap though. Top dollar or nothing.

He'll defo be gone in the summer.

In no real position to not sell him to be fair.

you`re a happy little sausage aint ya. the possitivity oooooooooozes out of every pore of yer post. i bet you`re a postman and you whistle happy tunes as you bring good news

£20-£25mill tops we'd get. Good enough sub to cover transfers in the summer. But knowing us it would be a last minute job and we'd scramble to spend it haha

I'd defo take 25-30M for him. DM is a position you could get decent production from buying a smart vet for 1M. Neville could play the postion well too. I also don't think Fellani and Arteta are a great partnership. We're running the center with Fellani (not his fault b/c he keeps winning the ball) now and I don't really think Arteta knows what his role is on the squad anymore.

Hell you get 25-30M for him, then move Neville to DM, sign Donovan, and maybe a vet striker like Elmander/Carew and move Coleman to RB. We'd be scary good on the right side with a Donovan-Coleman partnership. Plus we'd have a much needed target man to get on Baines's crosses as well.

Id rather sell Rodders and Arteta than Fellaini. He is turning onto such a class player who we could build a great side around.
There is no point in keeping Rodders when teams are touting his value like they are, for a player who has never set the world a light so I dont see the attraction but id deffo take advantage of it.
I hope the club are in talks with Fellaini about a new contract too.

This however i think the issue is would we be able to build a side around, as in the current state of affairs it seems the club are not in a position financially to build a side around anyone. I rate fellaini as one of the best in the premiership however however i do fear we may not be able to keep hold of him as the club currently seem to be unable to move forward financiall. However we will see things in football can change in days in football ie look at the rs.

NOT BUILDING A SQUAD?????????? what do you call it then- the 3 youngsters brought in THIS window, plus the majority of the team you watched take chelsea apart (nearly) oh sorry - you mean like man city, the club looked down on for having the finances to do what the moaners on GOT despise them for yet wish that we could buy success instantly. we`ve got the players its just the tactical nous missing to rip open the teams who come to defend or the teams who run like hell as if their lives depended on it

He is our dominater in midfield....but far from the finished article.....distribution is sometimes shocking and he gets dragged into tackles as pointed out on ESPN yesterday! Once he minuses that from his game he will be an all rounder. Brilliant signing imo!

ok, thats your point and i will take it on board. Answer this queation then Are you happy with the support which our manager is getting transfer wise from the board? If the answer is yes then fair enoguh however i for one am not. And the players you mentioned are yet to even kick a ball so we have no idea their skills. What is a FACT is moyes has wanted a number of targets this window and the board have been unable to back him. The 3 players i hardly think were moyes first choice do you. And the point i am making there will come a point when everton can not match the ambition of certain players and i include fellaini in that. Now if in the summer we have money and buy players to push us on, happy days, me can't see that but i hope i am wrong. But don't justify the 3 players coming in this window shows the board are backing moyes and showing we have ambition to push on

Jack Rodwell will be sold this Summer, maybe next Jan, Fellaini.

i think i agree with this point, as i can't see any other way in which moyes can get money to bring players in. Also it obvious money is needed to service debts. Obviously hope i am wrong.

Bill Gates* needs to hurry up and buy Everton before somebody else snatches it from under him!
*Insert any quadzillionaire name you like

The reality is as always, players will want to do the best they can and when the opportunity comes, play for the top sides in Europe.
We have diamonds, but they are lonely! It is harsh and that is the position that we are in.
Sell to buy, sell to keep up with the also-rans.

Money talks, silly money shouts.

I liked Fella from the start, always thought he was a player in the making. If the conjecture is that he is too good for us, could do better, play at a higher level, (pick any one you like) then you are probably right.
The saddest thing is it is not because we lack passion, but we lack the resources to back up our ambition.
