I reckon Wilmots has done a good job building unity in the side but if I'm honest I think tactically he doesn't do the best he could with the talent he has got available. Decent coach and I'd have you 2nd favourites for France 2016

Wilmots made it a team but indeed tactical he misses something. I've never seen him switch it up to make us play differently and counter an opponent. I think with a better tactical coach we would have beaten argentina. (dreams )
