That’s a blast from the past, played there once as a kid in some sort of cup final. Remember going there in my late teens to watch a game or two, went the welly (wellington pub) . We all set off there for a lads holiday to Ibiza too, about a hundred years ago

You know, vaguely remember you mentioning this in a previous post a long while ago? Was that in the 90’s? Believe they always had a good set up there.
Early 2000's...Played for Cammell Lairds mainly, bit of the legend over there.
Good times,when all round country watching him,some might say "proper footy".

I don`t like the newer built stadiums. Older grounds where each side of the ground had a stand that was its own style because they were redeveloped separately. Always liked a trip to a lower division ground, but that might have been because it was a cup game and we could usually win, Shrewsbury excepted.
