That’s a blast from the past, played there once as a kid in some sort of cup final. Remember going there in my late teens to watch a game or two, went the welly (wellington pub) . We all set off there for a lads holiday to Ibiza too, about a hundred years agoPrescot Cables
I genuinely love it me. My brother played for them over 2 spells. That’s a blast from the past, played there once as a kid in some sort of cup final. You know, vaguely remember you mentioning this in a previous post a long while ago? Was that in the 90’s? Believe they always had a good set up there.I genuinely love it me. My brother played for them over 2 spells.
Early 2000's...Played for Cammell Lairds mainly, bit of the legend over there. You know, vaguely remember you mentioning this in a previous post a long while ago? Was that in the 90’s? Believe they always had a good set up there.
I've got some bad news for you.I don`t like the newer built stadiums. Older grounds where each side of the ground had a stand that was its own style because they were redeveloped separately. Always liked a trip to a lower division ground, but that might have been because it was a cup game and we could usually win, Shrewsbury excepted.
It still is a good set up , I go as often as I can when Everton aren’t getting in the way.You know, vaguely remember you mentioning this in a previous post a long while ago? Was that in the 90’s? Believe they always had a good set up there.
Think I’ll go and catch a game sometime soon, I’m less than half an hour away from there! It still is a good set up , I go as often as I can when Everton aren’t getting in the way.
Nice Curry in The Vine before the matchWest Brom, always had a good time when I have been there and its very easy to get to, just off the M5
Kettled??Weirdly liked the Hawthorns as a ground, not really sure why. Getting kettled when leaving is a bit odd though.
Highbury and the Boleyn were always decent too
