Few, including me, liked him as Everton manager and his teams don't play attractive football (but he's not alone in that as an Everton boss). However, he did what he was asked to do when he was here. In light of that i think that all of the 'gravy'/'fat slug' comments are a bit unfair.

Last time he managed he got relegated. With him not managing since and 4 tough games to come, i can only see that doubling. Going to cost them a fortune to play anti football and probably still not win a game.

On another note, if it was us doing it we would probably get investigated for fiddling because they are clearly only doing it to try and get a manager bounce and stay in the league. Another word for it is cheating. Hope it bites them up the crack which it more than likely will anyway.

Bet Leeds fans can't wait for the no shots on goal stat. His time here was an embarrassment despite the decent placed finish, we were bottom on almost every metric possible. No shots on goal is disgraceful. Here's hoping he repeats that feat.
