Fastest Everton players of last few years?

Is that an average or what? Definitely not top speed, especially since he runs faster with the ball than without it... As I said earlier, he ran a lot but not sure on him being 2nd fastest in the league, especially after seeing him outpaced quite a few times...

No idea mate, just vaguely remembered reading somewhere he was quickest in the league so I typed it in google and saw that.

Leighton Baines is quick. Not the best top speed but I can't think of many with better acceleration. Over 15 20 metres he could be up there.

Probably one of his most underrated attributes tbh. When he goes for the one-two with Pienaar, or feigns to shoot and cuts inside, catches most out. He has excellent stamina as well, always full of energy which is probably more important than having just speed alone...

Distin is super fast. He accelerates well for a big man but when he gets into his stride he's like a sexually-stimulating gazelle .

I know Stewie Barlow personally and he was the quickest player at the club when he was with us .. He never made much of an impression with our 1st team but he was prolific for the ressies and also with lower level teams he played for such as Wigan and Tranmere ,, he found his level with these.

this .. I recall in his day they used to have footballer sprint-offs between the fastest from various teams and I'm sure he used to win them.

Not being funny but Duncan could shift when he was fit. Not quick, but like Distin if you raced the length of the pitch he'd work up a fair head of steam.

At top speed he was fast, pretty fast (see the break for Colemans' goal against Brentford).

He just wasn't quick in any shape or form, hence why he could never beat a man.

There's a difference like, he could hit the same top speed but have a much slower 0-60, if you will.

Kanchelskis was lightening, Yobo was supposed to be rapid as well. In the current team i guess Mirallas looks a bit sharp Coleman can move as well just needs to look up more sometimes.
