Farewell to Marouane and Victor

Thanks to Fellaini for being a class act, and I'm glad Victor got some love before he left.

Ta gentlemen. You'll always be blue.

I would bet my left leg that Bill made him do it. Saves some cash on the transfer for bill, and provides a ready-made excuse for selling "even though I was crying with the lad, begging him to stay".

And that's fine by me in this case, shows the class of Fellaini to agree to it in the first place.

I wish them both well, provided they never do well against us!

Got to be honest, gutted that Felli is going. Decent price i suppose and its good to see the like of Lukaku heading this way even if it is only on loan but our record signing was on the whole a fantastic player. Plus we've lost the best song that sits in our current library (i would love to know who started that Felli song - legend).

Hope he enjoys his time there but at the same time i hope he realises that the peoples club is where his real home is and like Big Dunc, come back.

He'll always be welcome in my books.

As for Big Vic, never a great supporter of his overall but he gave 100% whilst wearing the shirt and thought he was far better than jelavic last season. I hope it all works out for him at West Brom.

I wish them both good luck, I actually quite like Vic and still think if he can get a regular start and build his confidence he has it in his locker to be a beast.

Fellaini is a fine player but he will have to learn to give his best in every game
Victor II was a massive upgrade on Victor I (2006-2012) - really saw a better player in the past season or so - deserves a starting chance (although I see Long's deal to Hull didn't go through).

But yeah, thanks for the memories, the efforts and the goals..

This.

Happy Vic can start at a team where the expectation isnt high, and the fans aren't as highly critical as we are. He's a flawed player who I hope finds his feet.

Fellaini will beast it this season. Has been a quality play for us.
