If you log out and log in again your app , clink on the right link at the bottom (ticket) then ones the new screen layout pop up click on “your ticket “

They haven’t exactly said you shouldn’t either, the wording seems to say its best that you do get one

you cant force people to take tests,
its unenforceable anyway especially with home testing kits!
