Its all relative mate, after seeing the lad a bit i reckon hes worth 7 million, he really could be top drawer, when you consider we could get 10-15 years service out of him it doesnt seem like bad buisness. The big question for us will be does the manager think we can get more for him then we paid? That will be the deciding factor IMO which will come down to Moyesy. I think early blows anyway, obviously your always going to bid low then up it.

For us at least i think it depends on the combinations of players we are looking at i.e Defour, Naughton and Delph your looking prob at 25 mill. Very little wiggle room in that for Everton, unless we get knocked back on that and move on to our secondry targets.

Leeds' highly-rated midfielder Fabian Delph has attracted an offer from Tottenham, but is also being chased by Fulham.

Why don't they just steal all the lpayers we have been interested in.

Although I don't think we were ever seriously in the running for Delph, I'm really beginning to dislike Harry Redknapp.

Never like Harry Redknapp when it comes to Football things, although I like to have Delph around but I just don't think we are after him any way.

We have apparantly offered £ 5 Mill upfront with £ 2 Mill depending on performance, and Delfouneso on a season long loan.

Mental money tbh.
