FA Cup Third Round Draw

So I've been displaced but can pick at the same time as STH, wouldn't it make sense to give us a priority window from weds 4pm after STH have had the chance to claim their seat so we'd have alot more choice?

That was the case at goodison I think wasnt it?
An extra window after the non displaced season ticket holders but before members/ general sale

I think so yeah, so you'd then have a lot more seats to pick from. I'd like to try lower east/west but showing nothing at the moment but guessing on thursday when on sale to forever + their will be loads of better seats available than there is currently

(Puts on flak jacket), technically that's what you'll get. Non displaced STH only have until 4pm Wednesday. Displaced 48hrs, so you'd hope after 4pm tomorrow you'll get options to buy STH seats not taken up... can't imagine that'd work however

I think at 4pm tomorrow they'll stop sales or still be on sale but not with the released STH seats that havent been purchased, they'll then update the system ready for 10am Thursday and thats when they'll have more seats available but that means being thrown in with forever + members

How ? Trains showing as normal on Trainline .
I did ask Avanti about this when getting a refund for the Arsenal game moving back from Sunday to Saturday. They said Avanti and Trainline and some other operators get an allocation of advance tickets they don't all go off the same system so once they say sold they're sold but still available potentially through a different company.

Always worth looking on https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ as trains will still be shown on here even if advance tickets are sold out.
ie anytime/offpeak returns/singles etc will still be available. Often split tickets are cheaper than specific train bookings anyway
