I would love us to have won it, however, that VAR fiasco was absolutely stupid, Premiership clubs get have it in their home ties while other clubs don't. That decision has cheapened FA cup, it deserves its furthering demise on that alone.

It's not been the same since Fergie's Utd failed to compete in 2000 in some dubious pact with the FA to further England 's chances of staging a World Cup.

IMO this idea of “staggering” the kick offs from Friday night through Monday night, with a multitude of kick off times on the weekend days, is a big mistake.

It just makes the competition look cumbersome and tedious.

The problem with the cup is the semi’s at Wembley and now scrapping as many replays as they can .

Plus the new Wembley doesn’t have the history of the old one . Going there in 95 felt magical as a kid .

Even losing traditions like the daft songs clubs made before the final and cup final grandstand.

I still love it myself there are a lot of issues small and big that have taken the magic out of it .
