Couldnt hear what he was sayin, but I personally think its in our favour.
The reason being if they had won the champions league they would have been full of confidence going into the FA cup final.

Waiting on a reply from Everton but should be sound for my ticket, i've got 5 credits, although i'm expecting them to do me over.

Interesting developments - could players be banned from domestic games as well as in Europe? I can see Drogba and Ballack being punished but assumed it would only count in next season's Champions League.

Does anyone think they might have to sit out the rest of the season including the Cup Final?

For the interested, dunno if this was mentioned in the UCL thread, but he said to the camera 'It's a disgrace, it's a disgrace, it's a ******* disgrace'

He's going to get a hefty ban, but I think it will only be European games. But I don't want Chelsea to behave like that in the FA Cup Final.

I think it will work in our favour. Think back to our Cup Winners Cup success followed shortly after by our FA Cup Final defeat by Manchester United. We went into that game at Wembley as firm favourites but a lack of stamina cost us of a treble.

Exactly, that's why I was gutted that the pathetic referee cost Chelsea a final place (n)

At lot of them Chelski lot should be banned for the final the way they were reacting to the ref after the final whistle. What a way to go on boys. UEFA should throw the book at them

Hopefully they'll also make sure that ref is never let anywhere near an important match again. He'll be able to retire on the money Monsieur Platini slips into his back pocket after that travesty!

What ever happened to clubs making FA Cup Final singles? It used to be tradition but now that seems to have faded away.

I always remember Everton's singles in 1985 (Here we go) and 1995 (All together now with the Farm). Meanwhile Chelsea had a relatively busy time in the 90's with Top 40 singles in 1994, 1997 (Blue Day, with Suggs) and 2000.

Manchester United had a Number one hit in 1994 "Come on you reds" with Status Quo, and of course the England team have had two number ones, Back Home (1970) and World in Motion (1990), not including Three Lions by Baddiel & Skinner.

It would be funny if teams went back to making the single. Some players said that making a record was part of the Cup Final build-up tradition along with getting the suits measured.

A MUST For Wembley

Seriously lads. One of these - maybe a cool bag with Ice in and a plastic cup of two.
