We'd be talking about it at school on Monday morning & some of us would go home at lunchtime to listen to it live on the radio. The tension would be unbearable when the draw started such was the importance & prestige of the FA Cup. It's sad that a lot of clubs (& fans) turn their noses up at it now. Back then winning the cup was nearly as good as winning the league.
