We couldn't have realistically had a better set of draws this season. Absolutely no excuses for not making the semis.

Absolutely right. Look at the teams regularly above us. City, United, Chelski, Gooners. What do they all have in common? Money. They have money in spades.

No side we should regularly outdo has regularly outdone us under Moyes and we have to be real. The two Manchester clubs and Chelski are playing in stratospheric figures that we simply cannot match and it is unfair to expect the manager to do so.

Under David we have regularly been a rabbit in the headlights, scared shyteless of the RS, but apart from that I have no issue with him. I wish he would man up against the RS...they are nothing now.

Ive used my head when it comes to everton the last 18 years mate and I havent been proved wrong once, Would love to go with my heart and think we are already in the semi's and jelavic will be banging 20 come the end of the season but I dont see it myself and past games this season show this.

it doesnt matter we have failed to put away too many poor opposition and in a cup that could do you when it comes to extra time/penalties, that Smith lad will be playing the whole match against us at GP and we havent exactly ****ted wigan this season either which is why im saying stop with all this were in the semi's already bollocks as I bet chelski and villa both thought that in the league cup.

We have a good draw, for the season on a whole playing some good football and have some real threats individually on their day. I say we take a good feeling into the next few games (not thinking too far ahead) and be the ultimate cliche and take 1 very good, exciting game at a time

.....nobody thought we would beat Man Utd in '95, or even in the 66 semi. These things are possible, believe me. The biggest danger could be City because they have no European commitment, but you never know how things pan out. Keep the faith.

Had a very realistic dream that Oldham scored a 94th minute winner against us at Goodison last night; also dreamt I had mice in my room. Woke up relieved for 2 reasons.
