I’m done expecting anything anymore. I think the only thing that’s certain is we’ll be disappointed.

My expectations are low. To be honest, I'm not too bothered about where we finish as long as we're not in a relegation battle. I just really want to see some passion and desire from the (hopefully largely new) players and for it to be clear that we're making some sort of progress.

This will be the worst finish we will have in the next 5 years minimum. We have Carlo at the helm now for a full season so expect a different finish on the team in attitude, ability, and tactics. We all have seen it this year since January. How many of those close games would we have actually won? Zero. I cant rember when he took over but we have been at the top 1/4th of the table since he took over. Expect a busy summer because you dont bring in a 14M coach to work with utter dog crap. He is a mastermind not a magician. Exciting summer coming

Based on our revenues and resources we should expect 8-12 every season and a half decent cup run every five years or so. We expect more as fans but that is the harsh reality. We mainly over-achieved under Moyes. We’ve mainly been towards the lower end of our range recently (worse this year under Silva). Maybe Carlo can do a Moyes but with our mess of a squad I expect more mid-table mediocrity next season.
