The fact hes playing means he wont be on the bench tomorrow. Wonder how long till hes considered for the 1st team again.

For the best on this showing, looks very rusty defensively. Been alright with the ball.

Losing 2-0 at half time. I think we've been pretty good actually especially Heath and Whitaker. Poor defending for both goals unfortunately.

Think Bates and Thomas look like they’ve got something about them. Thomas is a good size for 17(?).

The Heath experiment at LWB is like watching Mykolenko for the first team - the defender just shows him onto the weaker foot and it's a square or backwards pass. Like someone said, he'd be far better back in a more central position. Midfield and central defence have been quite weak in that first half. Formation is a bit weird - Bates and Butterfield are getting overrun in midfield. Good to see Whitaker back and playing well, though.

Think he’s been impressive to be fair, looks alright with the ball as well.

Yeah Heath needs to be behind the striker, reminds me of Osman a bit.

I thought Bates and Thomas had moments there first half but that’s a horrendous start to the 2nd half .
