You would think so , not sure what Godfre’s best position is. A good opportunity for Metcalfe to lay a marker down, Okoronkwo too. It’s time they showed they’re a bit above u21 level

I was saying in another thread last week that although Dobbin has pace , I don’t see him as an out and out winger who could challenge/ replace McNeil or Harrison. I’m surprised we didn’t play him centrally tonight to see how he does in the Doucoure role behind the striker. He doesn’t have the workrate , yet, that Dyche would demand of him ,but his pace through the middle would bring something different to the first team if he came off the bench.
