Thought Samuels-Smith was going to be run ragged in the first few minutes but he's stood up well since then.

Lots of positives so far from that first half. Mills doing what we know he can do , but for me the biggest positive was Jenson Metcalfe getting back to his pre injury form and showing his range of talents .

Got the size, strength and pace but lacks the Simms/Brewster finishing. But he's also a winger to be fair to him.

Without knowing for definite I get the impression he's always been the biggest or most physically developed in his age group. His technical ability leaves a lot to be desired.

I see Roman Dixon on the sidelines, presumably he’s been injured. He’s a long way from getting into the first team squad but we’ve got such a scarcity of decent right backs that if he shows even a bit of promise at this level he could get into the reckoning in a couple of years, so hopefully he gets game time at u21 this season.
