The u18s coach Scott Phelan who is in charge for the rest of the season has tried to get the Women's job before. But has never actually worked in women’s football. The players are angry Jen Foster is not in charge

The timing and overall reluctance to sack him earlier screams of a lack of investment and focus on the women's team. For the good that TFG seems to be doing for the men's side and club overall, it's feeling like the women's team is becoming an afterthought. Hopefully results improve

He actually used all the money on wages saved from Duggan and Veje to sign 5 players few years ago. Actually did well transfer wise with what he was provided with. not many sign 9 players on less than 400k. while others spent over a million on a few

How West Ham didnt win about 10-1 I'll never know. I'm sure Lee Chapman smashed a header off the bar in the last minute from about 4 yards out
