I've said it before during this season, play Del up front with Lukaku. Moving around and running at the defense doing quick one, two passes. But Martinez loves that 4-2-3-1. Has worked out real well this season and last.

I would bet any money Martinez is still in charge for our next game, regardless of what happens today. The non ambition of our board rubs off all over the club, he'll be allowed to stay and probably even given another year, somehow. Any other club he'd be long, long gone, and rightly so.
