Match Thread Everton vs Liverpool - POSTPONED

This was pathetic for all parties to postpone this match over inclement weather. The rest of the country is getting on with it.
Just in from cutting two trees that fell down blocking my lane, inclement weather my balls, rough in Donegal , thought my front windows were going to come in. It's all health and safety nowadays.

Shame for all the guys having to leave early to travel in on trains and buses, I know of at least one coach which would have been on it's way from Glasgow.
Could have been worse like, think of all those stranded Scandinavians.
Only a light breeze and very occasional light showers up here in Central Scotland.

Funnily enough I feel that this was probably our best chance of beating them or at least not getting beat. Their winning streak ended midweek, our streak without winning, more importantly not scoring ended with a bang midweek. The weather would have been a great leveller, especially if we would have "watered the pitch profusely" right before kick off, to aid the slick movement of the ball and our slick passing movements. But I'm quite sure after Liverpool's undoubted complaint to the premier league about Storm Carragher I mean Darragh not being their fault, Richard Masters and Co will duly award Liverpool the three points and look to a further points deduction to Everton.
Our slick passing 🤣🤣🤣

And so are you mate but like someone said on here last night, it only takes one slate to come off a roof and hit someone.
Should have been called off last night and no doubt for me.
I understand that - but that can happen at any match.

Especially at Goodison. A gust of wind could always make damage and cause debris.

I agree though if they were going off the reports it should have been postponed in advance before people travelled.
