I have since watched the whole game and really feel we could and should have pressed harder. Looking at the team though, did not inspire me with hope in hindsight.

I got the score wrong, but I predicted Rodgers sacking on page two of this thread. I wish we had won, but with an under strength team, a poor ref and with RM's style of play, that leads to periods of zzzzzzzzzzzz. The last ten minutes, playing from the back should have been abandoned, saying that, the atmosphere after the whistle seemed good, and the few reds I saw out on the street were very demure. A year ago I thought Barry was over the hill, but he was a class act on Sunday. I don't feel it was any kind of defeat.

Two things i cannot fathom: 1) Suarez never got a single red card in England even tho he was suspended for over 15matches and 2) we never beat a Liverpool team led by that charlatan..
