Barely any youth? You have just listed 11 in those two squads. Then there’s 4 in the first team squad. So that’s 15 players for the 3 elevens you talk about. That’s pretty much half. So realistically, which leaves about 18 players (including 3 keepers). That’s one full squad.
(Ignoring long term injuries of Coleman, RFM and Barkley)
