Both points absolutely crucial. Players aren’t downing tools for Lampard, and also Lampard changes when it’s not working. Put Iwobi at 10 today and moved Onana back, they’ve both looked better for it.

Key difference from previous regimes when players would turn one bad performance into a manager getting fired, and the manager would keep playing the same useless players.

That formation change was key mate, double pivot and Iwobi at 10, Onana looked incredible there running the game in the second half, Iwobi linking and connecting it and activating the forward line.
