I wouldnt, he has had 1 under par 45 mins i dont think that warrants being dropped.

I am a big Holgate fan if you look at my previous posts.
Just had a feeling in my bones that RK would do what RK does.
The back 3 had a bad time against Palace and Stoke.
COYB!

The back three was fine vs Palace once we got through the opening 10 minutes...

What the difference is is this is a game where we need to be on the front foot. We've got energy in midfield and the forward line, plus the insurance in Snides and Barry to not get too exposed should Baines and Coleman bomb on.

Interesting team selection.

Important to give the likes of Davies and Holgate some rest - a really strong bench. Hope we adapt to the new formation.

Strange, no width at all? no wingers and back to 4 at the back?

I can only assume Ron has seen a weakness in them straight down the middle...

Bournemouth dominated the middle of the pitch in the 1st match. Plus its Bournemouth, they are going to attack, there is going to be plenty of room to play narrow and direct.

A lot of forwards injured for them. I see a more circumspect line up from Howe.

If Everton could put theory into practice......!
