Tbh, as good as he's been, I thought he looked a bit sloppy in the first half vs Stoke.

Second half he was excellent, but he's a young lad and there's no rush. We all know he's a first-team player now.

The back three was fine vs Palace once we got through the opening 10 minutes...

What the difference is is this is a game where we need to be on the front foot. We've got energy in midfield and the forward line, plus the insurance in Snides and Barry to not get too exposed should Baines and Coleman bomb on.

they played a day earlier than us btw mate, so not sure what your point is
