Everton manager Ronald Koeman told BBC Sport: "That's not a normal result. It was a crazy game.
"Both teams changed systems, it was a tactical battle. They made it really difficult for us. We dropped in intesity after half-time, but the reaction to them getting bacl to 3-2 was good.
"We scored great goals. Romelu showed that he is one of the best finishers in football.
"Scoring is one of his big qualities. We need to support him, to create. We can improve, but he showed his best today. I'm not surprised because we see it in training.
"We are getting closer to the top six. We have momentum and we are confident. It's a long way to go until the end of the season. if we keep this up, everything is possible."

It was mad their 3 rd goal had gone out of play -then in the last minute Ibes was taken out well inside the pen area and he gave a free kick outsidelol

Awesome first half, absolutely battered them.
Didn't get out of the traps second half until it went 3-2.
Excellent change by Koeman when he brought Holgate on and went to a back five. Really settled the game down and we scored after some outstanding build up play in that formation to make it 4-2.
Barkley's best game for a long time. Brilliant with the ball but really threw in a few tackles today too. Loved it.
Lukaku: immense. Four goals, enough said.
Funes Mori and Williams were shocking! Worst game from Williams in an Everton shirt.
Our midfield is excellent. Everyone played well there today and Gueye didn't even get on..!
Lookman is a real prospect. Guilty of doing too much at times, but looks like he has some talent.
One of the most entertaining games of football I've ever seen and a good 3 points! Plus Liverpool lost 2-0 to Hull with Niasse scoring their second; you couldn't write that!
