Was literally just about to post in Travers thread to say how he's made some decent saves so far and looks quite assured, and then he did that. Christ

As he was coming out I was actually thinking that's good goalkeeping, commanding his area.

Don't think I want to watch it back, but having got there, it looked like he could have just stood and caught it!

McNeil playing wing back is getting in the way of Ndiaye. Just back it a flat 4 and move McNeil to the right or bring someone else on to play there. Ireogbunam and Harrison are none existent. Patterson and Keane shouldn’t be anywhere near our 23 man squad, absolute garbage the pair of them. I wanted Patterson to kick on, but he just hasn’t cut it. May as well not have Beto the pitch as we’re not giving him any service.

Patterson is too slow and too indecisive. There have definitely been efforts to move the ball through him this preseason, and it's just not working.

moyes has given him a chance first game see his defensive side and was poor, tonight to see his attacking side. Seen nothing in both games to think he is even close to getting in this team

Dont think we have been great myself. A few breakaways we could have done better with

Always crap with the final ball or shooting when a pass was on. Ndiaye should have set up Armstrong and Mcneil had an easy pass to put Tim through and overhit it by 100yds

Need to switch formation second half though, just never a fan of us with a back 3 ever.

Patto, Myko and McNeil are not quick enough to really run a back 5. I wonder if that Adam kid has jets.
