Stones & Mirallas both available, McCarthy out. I guess we have to play Barry then even though I'd really rather us not. Only other option is Barkley and Besic at centre mid but that does leave the defence exposed which we can't afford to do against these. My guess would be:

Robles
Coleman Jagielka Stones Baines
Barry Besic
McGeady Barkley Mirallas
Lukaku

Bench: Griffiths, Oviedo, Distin, Garbutt, Naismith, Eto'o, Kone
Oh FFS play besic alone us anchor we will do better then with Barry i m sure. Last we look decent is Barkley Besic in CM.Barry is so slow and and all other count him to close hes side but he does not. It s maybe not because hes lack of traying but hes just to [Poor language removed] slow. But hes buddy Martinez will put him in and if McCharty is there would beanch Besic.

I would rather see Ledson start than Barry tonight but for some reason Barry gets the nod despite being our worst player this season by a mile. Get Ledson alongside Besic in the middle. I'd really like to see that. Simple 4-4-1-1 formation with
Robles
Coleman-Jags-Stones-Baines
Mirallas-Besic-Ledson-Oviedo
Lukaku and Barkley

Currently our record against struggling teams has not been good. Do the hammers qual as one of those?

I think we will win it but what will the team be? Will there be big changes? Young players thrown in?

Honestly, Barry is [Poor language removed], absolute [Poor language removed], absolute liability brings nothing to the team...play Garbutt at left back and Baines alongside Besic...much better balance I feel as if we play Barry, they will have a numerical advantage...ten plays eleven...
