Like Poll said, DCL would still have got to the ball if he hadn't been taken out by Hart, therefore it has to be given as a pen as Hart's prevented a goalscoring opportunity and isn't in control of the ball.

yep. but i can see why an argument can be made in defence of it too. I'd argue if that was against us tbh, just like i do with the follow through of a tackle being punished when someone wins the ball.
