It's all about confidence though.

We do have half-decent players. They can play football.

We need the squad to get confidence back - which comes from wins, especially in the manner it came today. Then the rest, under the guidance of a new manager (sorry Unsworth) should hopefully fall into place.

It won't turn around if the new manager is forced to play Rooney and Sigurdsson.

Plus lets be honest there's no way a new manager will play anything like that team today that finished. He will play all the senior players.

Watched the game on NBC Sports Gold and then came on here to relive the anguish and elation. Pretty funny reading some of the posts in retrospect.
