The way we set up formation wise still just doesn't look right to me. We shouldn't be seeing such long spells of piss poor performances like we do.

The 1st half was appalling, simply not acceptable and anything like that level of performance against Spurs on Sunday and they'll be out of sight without us laying a glove on them

It just doesn't work, we look far too open on the counter ( how that is I don't know) yet up top we look absolutely isolated

I don't think it's a personnel thing either because he's actually tried to change it, it just looks like square pegs in round holes when in reality we have round pegs to fit in round holes of he changes formation, whether that be 433 or 442

yes the wide players are forwards. Kean doesn't play out wide and never has. He gets only useless minutes out of position, and you expect him to lay golden eggs FFS

Not at all. I just expect him to be able to threaten from a wide area.

It's not uncommon for young players to have to do a job out of position in order to work their way into a first team. If he doesn't start showing some quality in his limited time on the pitch, he'll find himself playing reserve team football in Italy sooner rather than later.
