Have to say, that's the best i've seen Schneiderlin play in a while to. One touch to set then move it on. He's playing forwards as well.

Finally- Sig': he's putting his foot in when needed, marking space so it's difficult for Valencia to play through us. That ball to Walcott where he dropped his arse and jumped over the keeper was inch perfect too.

We NEED a CB. Drastically.

He does look good. Very industrious, and good awareness of how to move the ball into efficient space so he can move forward at speed.

Not sure he looks 50+ million good or whatever it was though. Hope I’m wrong.

Most decent players in this market will cost at least £40 million. The weird thing is normally the prices wouldn't be that high outside of the top 6 but I look at the fees you guys pay and they're always quite hefty. Is there a reason teams seem to want to fleece you guys?

Yep, on balance one of if not the best halves of football from Iceland he's had for us.

Think we will see the best from Siggy with Richarlison, Walcott and Tosun running at and across that back line giving more space and options.

I think Digne will be a difference maker on defense. He’s also quite dangerous and skillful going forward. I used to watch him st Roma, my Serie A team.
