Some good performances. Klaassen and Ramirez looked like they were playing their first games in the league. Pickford brilliant. Rooney - class and experience.

DCL wasted two great chances. Too much time to think.

COYB's great win. Rooney ran that for me and then showed great nous to kill the game off. This is a pretty decent stoke team, maybe lacking a tad in attacking, but will never be an easy game, but such a gritty ground out win for us to get off to the perfect start. 3 games, 3 clean sheets and 3 wins. We all know we need two more attackers, but it's great to have solidarity throughout the back of the team and a bunch of players who threw themselves around there, great start.
