looking at the fixtures, I am fairly confident we can still have a good start without Mina, Bernard and Gomes getting into the team by the time we play arsenal on 23rd September 2018

a month is plenty of time for them to get their fitness levels up and im sure they will be able to make a few appearances off the bench before then and get some match practice
 

On who is going to be the captain,do we not have a vice captain anyway,thought we did,would be coleman for me, but probably be baines ?

Crikey, if we can't be confident at home against Southampton we're done for!

Literally one of the very worst sides in the division over the past few years.

Should be beating these with our B team, which is coincidently our A team at the moment cos none of our new signings are ready.

That should be enough for Southampton. We'll have more of the ball here than we had against Wolves so the onus will be on us to find the space going forward - that'll be key.
