Gray really needs to learn to play the pass when it's on rather than try to dribble round four players then think about it.

Spot on. He's a young, raw talent who has come from the Belgian league, where he wasn't a regular, and people have expected him to hit the ground running.

If you put him in a midfield like ours, it's an even more difficult task.
