None of those 3 are the best in their positions imo.

Football is a team game. Maybe Tosun is better than DCL. But we are so much better with DCL up top. Our striking options are appalling but we need pace and Tosun can't offer it. A mixture of him being really slow and not very arsed at the same time is a bad combo.

This is going to be a long difficult season nevermind if we play our second string. Silva needs to quickly realise these players on our bench aren't good enough and have got 4 managers sacked. They don't deserve game time. They are mentally weak and don't care about the result.

I could go on about how bad the team is, and the same old “we lack confidence” coming from the manager that’s been said by previous managers for years yet not sorted!

However ultimately this is a competition we could win. Yet we continue to make changes every time??

We aren’t in Europe so what’s our excuse for resting players? Play a full strength side and give ourselves every chance! Yet we go into these games with fringe players who haven’t played much and wonder why we end up losing

We seem to either get knocked out in the first rounds or get to the semis (Chelsea) and recently (City) look as though we will win then end up losing. Like you say not our fav competition this! But saying that we’ve had a few semi final/final defeats in the fa cup in recent years

Whilst I am annoyed with the manager, the fact that this cup goes straight to penalties in an attempt to make teams play a decent line up, and still the majority put out a reserve team tells you everything about how valued this cup is.
