We looked lively going forward.
KDH looked dangerous on the turn, but clearly needs more time with the team to develop those partnerships with the players around him.

Barry unlucky with that chance early on, ball looked like it going stuck under his feet. Made some good runs and a bit of nice hold up play. Pity no one took a chance to get on the end of that low cross he put in near the end. Again, looks like he needs more game time with the squad to build those partnerships with the other attacking players.

Aznou looks to have something about him. Technically very good as you’d expect from a La Masia graduate. Lost the ball needlessly a few times trying to dribble past players, but he’s young and the better decision making will come with experience.

A goal and I’d be very happy with that so far. Roma are a decent side and we’ve arguably looked more dangerous than them going forward for most of the half.

The Barry long range shot was the moment if the game, he used Alcaraz run to completely disguise it - wasn't even looking at the goal but at Alcaraz when the struck that.

Aznou looks like he's got his head screwed on as a defender which probably would have been the biggest question mark over him.

Like to see him complete some take ons in the second half and then might be thinking we might have a player.

It's probably just me, but it always feel's like we for some reason, so many times get a "Big" injury in the final pre seson match to a "Main Player". It's just who is taking that turn to be injured

Think Barry was half leaving it,thinking Alcaraz was going to take the ball on. Before that shot

Decent first half. Overcame some early nerves and grew into the game.

Dewsbury-Hall looks like a shrewd signing and Barry has had a few decent moments.

Only square peg currently is the right wing position with both Alcaraz and then Ndiaye playing there with little success. O’Brien too at RB but he’s looked his usual solid self.

Aznou showing plenty of promise at left back, at the very least an able understudy for Mykolenko.
