I still can't fathom why Moyes didn't make a change on about 70 minutes

It was crying out for a change either Jelavic or Pienaar off

Would have just changed the dynamics a little, we needed to kill that game off and he didn't do enough to try and ensure that we did

I think that is one of my main gripes today. We could all see, including Moyes, that our make-shift first 11 hadn't quite clicked and it wasn't working. It needed a change to freshen it up a bit, even if it was just Hibbert for Heitinga and push Jagielka into the middle.

Seeing their goal again on MOTD I still can't believe how poorly we defended that "free kick", what an absolute joke to have the ball in the air for that long and not being able to deal with it. It's no fun having a defence with the resilience of a used tissue.

i'm not a big advocate of the moyes out brigade because I believe that he is a good manager but it's things like that that do make me question his tactical ability and make me wonder if he's taken us as far as he can, if we don't get europe this season then I would say that he has

I'm pro-Moyes. I understand why he didn't change things, we were essentially on top. It's the players who let us down at the end, today.

I'm not saying Moyes is beyond criticism, but today it was the playing staff who boobed.

Did you watch the second half? we definitely weren't on top.

I think that Moyes is from the same school as Ferguson. He trusts his players and he sends them out expecting them to do whatever it takes to get the job done. The difference is that Fergie has always had world class players at his disposal.

Moyes is nowhere near the level of Ferguson.

My point is that you don't often see Fergie gesticulating on the sideline or sitting with his notepad. I would imagine that he does his talking before the game and that the players know their jobs and just get on with it. I think that Moyes' style is similar. It's not what I'd do personally but it seems to get results.

Didn't see the game. Only followed it until half time as I had my daughters 13th birthday party. Wasn't at all surprised to see we'd drawn when I checked the scores. The vibe on here before half time was saying a lot really.
Still gutted.

Why have Pienaar and Jelavic gone gash? What has happened to our defence?

Second season syndrome with Pienaar. Maybe he put the work in last year to earn a move and now he subconsciously thinks he can coast through games. Peanuts was probably the main supply line for Jelavic, so he's suffering too. The defence normally doesn't get it's act together until about now. We've hardly had specialised defensive midfielders all season and we're much more open as a team this year.
