When you look at Liverpool, so often it is their front three working together and creating chances for themselves. Our forwards just don´t have that quality and link up play. What I´m getting at is you can´t just blame the midfield, it´s all aspects of the attackers that have to be improved.

We desperately need another striker or atleast a goal scoring wide player.

You know I just noticed that most of Keans shots are directly at the keeper, including the goal. He'll learn but would be nice to start seeing better angled shots from him.

Having just one star player would free up so much space for everyone else. I think people get bogged down by how poor the midfield is (that´s certainly true) but we´d look a much better team if our forwards offered us more as well.

The midfield has often deserved blame but today the fullbacks, wings and forwards have had plenty of ball in dangerous enough areas and produced one good moment. They have to do better. Schneiderlin and Delph haven't dominated the game, but they've been functional and that's enough to let these guys do their jobs. They have to do it.
