Massive measure of how far we have come under Carlo , probably more than during the week. These are the games we have struggled in this season and previous ones. Need to go at these from the off with certain players taking hold of the game. Digne needs to go back in at LB with Richy ahead of him. Its a perfect game for him to get in the goals. I don't doubt his effort just needs to add the goals again. Doucoure back in a massive plus. Prob be happy with Godrey switching over to RB as Iwobi ahead off will give us the width on that side.

Yep, this is a game I'd actually move Godfrey over to rb, move Digne left back, Keane and Mina in the centre. Iwobi on the right, Richarlison "last chance saloon before getting dropped" on the left, Doucoure with either Gomes or Davies ( i think he'll pick Gomes) DCL up top with hopefully James behind.

Oh and Olsen in goal!

Why would you have Digne behind Nkounkou and not Godfrey behind Digne? Didn't Nkounkou have a shocker in the reverse fixture?

Not decent, just better than it could have been. Drawing at home to Leicester was disappointing and we were a bit lucky at that.
 
I'll be sick as a parrot when Carlo confirms in the press conference that Pickford will be playing. Carlo must be the only person in the world who can't see how much of a liability he is.
 
Must win game at any cost. Drawing Leicester at home left bitter taste, but any result except win against Newcastle would be massive blow.
