QPR away is a real must-win, but the acid test could actually be Kiev away as El Bob appears to have prioritised the EL, then the wrong game plan and a disappointing exit would be very, very dispiriting.

Remember Moysey setting us up to defend a one goal lead away at Sporting Lisbon and we got battered... That cannot happen in Kiev, surely we have to go for an away goal to make them need to score three?

If you watched closely this season he's been telling them to pick the pace up. This goes back to the captain's armband issue for me. We dont have his voice on the pitch.

It's nothing to do with that - they've been unable to up the pace as they haven't been allowed to play direct off the striker and turn the opposition around, like we did against Kiev. So the manager can want to play quicker all he wants; how he wants to do it is the problem.

We can't play the way he wants with the confidence at the level it's at, so he should be pragmatic and play to the players strengths until we can bring in players in the summer, specifically a Deulofeu-like runner of the ball who can pin an opposition back so they don't press us high at will.

When things aren't going right you need to get back to basics, there's no shame in doing that. Build the confidence then slowly bring back the style. He doesn't seem keen to do that though.

Martinez is finished if we go down. Two relegations for two different clubs, one he took down after finishing the previous season in fifth. Who'd go near him after that hopefully he realises his career is on the line here. He's been worse than Moyes ever was this season, an absolute shambles.

The match kicks off at 3.00am where I live and I'll be in bed. I'm a restless sleeper and at some point late in the game I'll wake up and get up to see how it's going.
This match won't define our season one way or the other, but if things aren't going well I won't be doing much more sleeping.
I'm expecting us to carry on from where we left off on Thursday and I look forward to watching it with a few cups of coffee when I
get up.
Good night.

I'l miss the first half as i'm off playing a match myself, given we're playing a team 3 divisions above us i'l most likely need the blues to cheer me up, and by god if they are not winning when I get in i'm going to boo profusely and loudly at my pc screen.
